Construction of PRCS District Branch Office & Warehouse, Dassu, Kohistan
Project Overview
Muhandiseen Consultants provided planning and design consultancy services for the PRCS District Branch Office and Warehouse at Dassu, Kohistan. The project was developed for the Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) in collaboration with the German Red Cross, featuring a modern disaster management office and warehouse designed to meet operational and emergency response requirements.
Scope of Consultancy
The consultancy services included project planning, architectural and structural design, site survey, sub-soil investigation, detailed drawings, and cost estimation. The building was designed using RCC retaining walls and earthquake-resistant design principles in accordance with the Uniform Building Code (UBC) and ACI-318 standards.
